How do my donations help?

What we do

In Delhi’s Zakhira slum live 50,000 people, poor living conditions and lack of access to quality education have hindered children’s prospects.

Since 2017, Street Learning has been offering hope, providing a safe space and better education to break the cycle of poverty and build a brighter future.

How your donations impact the children

100% of the donations go towards school supplies, food for the children and the development of the school and library.

How the donations are spent

Rental costs

Your donations cover the rental costs for the school and library

Teaching supplies

We purchase teaching supplies such as books and stationery

Teachers wages

We occasionally pay visiting teachers who specialise in certain subjects

Food costs

We provide food to the children attending the classes
